Very clean and room is modern, location is superb with Mall of Arabia just 5 mins away

Manipulating the shower taps (rain shower, waterfall, hand held) is complicated n confusing

Lovely modern hotel, enjoyed by my family. Excellent customer service and good breakfast buffet

The service from the staff was exceptional. The welcome we got when we arrived was refreshing and the hotel is modern, clean with very nice staff.

I forgot to ask for a non smoking room so there was a slight smell of smoke in the room. However it was not overly strong and did not bother me too much.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was nice apart from the reception staff.

The reception staff saw us and told us the hotel was fully booked. When we said we have seen on booking.com rooms arw available then he was like ok. Then we said we will book directly with you and he doubled the price. So i showed him and then his like no dinner or breakfast. Then we showed the price include half board on booking.com. so we booked on booking.com. They rayher prefer Arabs to book their rooms then foreigners.

Overall it was good just the rudeness from some of the staff made it unpleasant & unpaid balance.

Great.

Communication between the staff and overpayment still not returned. It has been more than 3 months. I have sent emails and messages but no response! Family had to pay cash even though it was communicated to the hotel that I will be paying through credit card and guaranteed them in writing. Still, they did not accommodate, and they paid cash. Balance of which is still due to us from the hotel.
