There is a need for a short 200m walk to the stay, its not directly accessible by vehicle, because its on the beach. I didn't mind it, but be aware of this in case you travel with elderly people. The overall resort is very chic and beautifully maintained. I love greenery and this place has an abundance of it (keep in mind all the tiny creatures that come along with the greenery :) ). All the food i've tried was absolutely brilliant and yumm! The rooms are extremely neat and cozy. The staff is very very courteous and sweet. The beach is a minute walk, and they also provide beach towels for your use.

Very well organised and well run accommodation with a nice attention to detail. Boutique style beach huts - a/c already running and nice and cool when we arrived baking hot. Fabulous location on the palm-fringed edge of Patnem bay. Secluded, quiet spot but easy to walk down the beach tot he cafes/bars. Nice communal eating/lounging area with super-attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food, including the comp breakfast. Some nice touches in the room. Palolem beach is a 10 minute, 150 rupee tuktuk ride away if you want a bigger tourist scene. Walk down Putnem beach beyond the bars and you can have it to yourself if you want! Happy to let us use shower/towels after checkout before we shipped out.

The place is picture perfect i.e. in terms of the view and Instagram worthy photos. It is clean, and the staff are very courteous and friendly. But, but, but. The pros end here. Now for the cons. Before we go there. We did not enjoy the stay so we cut short our trip and we voiced these issues to the resort management. They were sympathetic to our concerns and they refunded our booking amount in entierity. They also told us that our comments will be taken very seriously. We hope so. Now back to the cons. 1) The room is extremely small. It literally begins and ends once you step inside. The photos do not convey this. It is a picture of the empty room. If you can picture a storeroom with stuff overflowing from all corners, voila! That's how it looks if you have two suitcases and two pairs of shoes inside. 2) On top of this there are two potted plants kept inside the room. Very picturesque. Looks nice on the pages of the CNN Traveller magazine. But it doesn't have any utilitarian value. Worse, these take up the limited space in the room. 3) Fun fact, the washroom/loo area doesn't have a DOOR. So if you want some privacy, you won't get it. . Also, creepy crawlers could venture through the drain pipes. (We encountered atleast a few unwelcome guests). 4) The water pressure is pretty low. So if you're looking for a rejuvenating shower, you won't get it. 5) The food was quite filling and delicious. Also, the restaurant staff are very helpful and dedicated. But the options are very limited. And if you want to have Indian/Vegetarian food, then you don't have much of an option beyond the Pav Bhaji (which, frankly I wasn't eager to try in Goa). 6) The floor of the room is not level. It's a slight incline. It takes a lil while to beat the feeling of tripping. P.S. If you are a light sleeper, then you might not get much sleep. Be prepared for quite a few disturbances. Eg.
