Perfect place to stay for a group. Even though a few things are broken, I can recommend the place

The place was clean and and the booking owner was very friendly and flexible.

There are a few things that are broken e.g. shower shield, door handle in one of the rooms falls off, windows can't be closed in the kitchen (lock doesn't work), the washing machine is rotten
