Quick, convenient, comfortable.

Excellent location, quick check in and check out. Very comfortable beds!!

No bathtub, no parking. Blanket wasn't warm enough for the winter, though its probably perfect for summer.

Great Hotel on the beach!!!

A beautiful hotel on the beach, close to so many things. The breakfast is outstanding so much to choose from, even have a omelet station makes whatever you like!!!! The room was fantastic super clean, and the bed was heavenly!!! I had a large balcony looking straight out to the sea, best sunsets ever!!! You can't go wrong staying at this hotel!!!

All in all the 2 day stay was fantastic, it was a week before the war

The very good location, sea front, good seimming pool on the top of the roof, the fantastic view from the roof, great stuff and wonderful choice of food for breakfast in the restaurant at the sea

The places in the room where you are not supposed to look at ( under the bed, beneath the minibar ) were not cleaned, some other mechanical issues apperead , but the stuff tried to solve the problems as much as they could

Exceptional

Very comfortable rooms, amazingly attentive staff, everything was handled professionally. The pool and the view from the pool are wonderful. Breakfast was really good with so many rich options and this was on a Saturday with all the kosher limitations.. I would come back if only for the wonderful service here.

nothing (well except for not being able to drink decent coffee but that's in every kosher hotel on Saturday morning..)

Perfect stay given the circumstances

In spite of the ongoing war throughout the country, the staff were always confident, comforting and continued to do everything they could to make our stay as good as it possibly could be. The food was brilliant, the rooms clean and the service not to be faulted

The only negative feedback I could give was that the room around the balcony door was quite cramped.

Loved Tel Aviv, but will not stay at the Carlton anymore.

Staff was very friendly and service minded. We had a warm welcome when checking in and the pool manager was very kind to us. Same with the bar staff, helpful and service minded.

I expected more when booking at a Carlton-labelled hotel. To start of with, there was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast (included or not). Then having to pay $44,- per person for breakfast is not in line with the service. Especially when paying $250 per night. Next to that, the whole hotel is outdated style and details wise. The rooftop bar was out of order and looked like a mess. Old sunbeds and dirty windows surround the pool. It's not up to European standards when looking at the price per night. The rooms same story, the bathroom is outdated and the paintwork is chipping of in the room.
