Great location.

Staff was friendly and accommodating while the hotel was in the middle of renovations.

Unaware of the hotels construction/renovations until arriving.

Love how central the hotel, especially Queens St station. I've stayed numerous times and always try to book when visiting Glasgow.

Got and upgrade but there was only one robe between the 2 of us. Did let reception know, but never got an extra one.

Everything! The free mini bar vodka gin whisky beers wine juice , excellent stay for Hogmanay the rooftop restaurant is stunning .. our room was huge , sky tv etc great Wi-Fi

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, poor dining experience.

Our room was lovely and spacious and the free mini bar was also a great addition to the package.

We went for dinner one night and whilst there was a maximum of 6 couples in the restaurant for the duration of our time there, our food was very late in being delivered. Our main took over half an hour to come then our dessert took 50 minutes after that to reach our table. I would have understood the delay had the restaurant been busy but it wasnt. The staff serving were very pleasant, however, for a large amount of time, they were standing around, waiting for food to come from the kitchen. Two other couples who arrived after us were served their dessert first. This experience has put us off from eating at the hotel again, which is unfortunate as we otherwise were happy with our stay.

Great location however was a cold room all over.

I liked the space provided in the room. The hotel is in a prime and excellent location. I like the offer of the mini bar in the room.

My wife was going to make a coffee and the water container had mold in the bottom. The temperature of the bath water was frozen, we didnt know how to work the heating and the window on the left hand side of the room wouldnt close correctly and seemed broken.

Great location, Good food,

We had a free room upgrade from your staff, mini bar, lounge access, and comfortable beds, the location was great breakfast was good, decent selection on the buffet, and you could order something from the chef, we had eggs benedict, which was nice,. I asked my partner to marry me in your hotel, she said YES.

The lighting in the room was a bit dull, rooms a bit dated. I would probably say your romantic package is a bit expensive of for what you get for your money. My Fiance liked it though.
