Pleasant

I like the location which is near to the Malaysia Custom.

The check in timing on 29 Dec was horrible. We are only manage to go in the room and rest between 4:30pm to 5pm. Other 4 or 5 star hotels which i have stay previously their check in time was earlier.

JB Capri can improve better

What I like about capri for my stay is very comfortable for my leisure.

But JB capri seems a little disappointing for me this trip. Because I booked a room for king bed but I got 2 twin bed combined which make me feels not comfortable and the air cond was hot in dawn morning for 5 hours. As for parking, quite limited. When I back in hotel, hard to find a parking

We had a lovely bonding time counting down to New Year.

The location and the view from our room.

There was a mix up with the breakfast on the first day. The booking was for the price of 2 adults with breakfast but it was only stated 1 breakfast on the paper at the breakfast room. However after checking with the reservation team, it got sorted out.

Overall a great stay with my family, clean room and quiet, perfect for us.

As i am travelling with a 10month old, the baby cot provided was perfect, they had the padding set up around the bar of the cot which i rarely find it in other hotels. This is great as it prevent our baby from injury that can be cause by the gaps of the baby cot. I am very satisfied with this Please keep this up.

A little more maintenance could be done, most of the door were creaking (ie the room door, and the glass shower door), the shower pipe was also leaking out water.

No other hotel i would stay in Johor. The ambience, the location, the staff, the amenities. The comfort and size of the room. Just love staying in Capri By Fraser JB.
