Fantastic Hotel. The staff is ok. Coffee is fantastic. The restaurant is alright. Room is extremely big, clean and have all the amenities anyone would need while traveling.

Faulty oxygen sensor couldnt be silenced during the night and had to change rooms at 4am. billing chaotic and still trying to get this resolved almost 2 weeks later.

Great location and staff. New and beautiful rooms.

Room was not cleaned during my 2 nights. Beds are extremely soft so it might not suit people with back pain.

I will be back again for sure!

This hotel was extremely beautiful! I loved my room it was everything I expected. The staff was friendly. My most favorite part was the lobby and the mirror inside the elevator.

I wish my shower was cleaned more thoroughly especially on the floor around the door. I made sure to wear shower shoes.

Disappointing

"Stunning Design, Exceptional Service, but a Deal-Breaking AC Issue: A Mixed Staycation Experience"

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The design of the hotel room itself was also quite nice - it was clean, inviting, and had a certain charm to it. The shower in particular was a highlight and provided a great experience

However, there was one issue that really disappointed us and ultimately made it unlikely for us to consider staying at this accommodation again. The air conditioning in the room was motion activated, with the thermostat set at an ambient temperature of 72 degrees. Unfortunately, my husband and I prefer a slightly cooler environment, around 68-70 degrees, which we were unable to achieve due to the lack of control over the AC.
