SUPER CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, WILL BE COMING BACK!

I loved how clean my room and bathroom was. I was pleasantly surprised! Its actually WAY better than the Hayward Hotel across campus. I also enjoyed the kitchen and living area it had. I will definitely be booking here again! Also, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!

understand that they raise booking.com advertised rate

I liked the room and kitchenette and the laundry facility. it was a good location for me.

The manager Leslie has an unethical practice of raising room rates as booking.com allows hotel managers to raise room rates once you hit the select button for, in my example, $129/night on booking.com. I had an emergency visit for one week where I didnt catch the raised room rate when I booked on booking.com and also when I arrived at hotel and signed in. Upon leaving the hotel, i asked for a receipt and saw (unfortunately too late) that I was charged $455 for my first night at the hotel. Leslie told me that I should read contracts, as she does. She was not open to discussing the situation and I felt she was inhospitable, unpleasant and even had projected a mean and terse tone in our conversation. It was a total disappointment to speak with her at the end of my stay. She didnt even thank me for staying at the hotel.

Amenities were great...coffee in room is always a plus! Clean, comfy, surprisingly quiet. Mini kitchenette well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and cutlery. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Not much to dislike.
