Very good

Breakfast was good. Location was great for what we wanted.

There was a frozen meal left in the frig. It caused a water overflow on a tray we had to clean up. One of the paper plates in the room was dirty from previous use.

miserable night with really loud people next to me and the floor above me. loud party crowd outside the parking lot

noise and breakfast was horrible. no eggs left, pancake machine was out. People waiting and looking for food

There is a metal piece out in the back parking lot that makes quite a noise when someone drives over it.

Stay & property was good, maid service, no so much. Rest of staff was great.

Staff, Location, Facility all good.

Maid service did not meet expectations. The service was not on par with any other hotel I have stayed at. Little was done but for picking up soiled towels and emptying trash cans. The beds were not made. I mentioned this to the maid, whop promised to reclean the room, but did nothing.

morning staff were very kind and helpful

Unsafe neighborhood. Check in was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were told there was no place to store our bikes, and we had them stolen off our bikerack in the locked rack at night.
