Great staff, hard beds, horrible internet.

The staff was mostly very helpful. When we came to them about a concern about the bed, the desk clerk upgraded our room and was able to find us a room with a softer bed.

The internet was terrible. It was slow, and often impossible to use. The beds were way too hard. They apparently replaced the beds a year ago, and they were horrible. I chose this hotel because I had stayed there before and the beds were very comfortable. I was very disappointed.

Very pleasant overall and will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean & easy for checking in. Very pleasant staff & happy to accommodate extra towels, luggage rack & garbage bags. Pool/hot tub were nice to have family come visit for an evening & room large enough to visit a bit. Breakfast was good in the mornings.

Only issue was the parking lot being a bit small so had to park up the hill one night.

Superb

Comfortable lodging with breakfast and friendly staff.

Comfy beds, roomy, refrig & microwave in room, location, fitness center, healthy breakfast options, very friendly & helpful staff, quiet, everything works, nice views from room.

Some free weighs in fitness room would be nice. A plant based milk (ie: soy, almond, oat) would be appreciated for breakfast.

Really good value. A solid clean & quiet place to stay to play in Eugene/Springfield area. Will stay again!

Easy to find. Close to I-5, but in an area on the fringe of city noise. Quiet and Id rate comfortability a solid 8. Gas & groceries very close. Very clean & a friendly accommodating staff.

Minibar, is somewhat misleading. In my estimation the minibar is just a cabinet topped with Corian, in which the small refrigerator & microwave are housed. Late checkout was not communicated as an option, which might cut-short extended weekend travelers, as myself.

Very good

Comfort Suites provided excellent value and met all our essential requirements and more!

The breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot entrees and very helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast room had lots of seating and had TV news playing along with a good selection of newspapers.

The place was a bit out of town with limited restaurants in the immediate area. The internet was a bit slow.
