Close to Gatlinburg

The room they gave me wasn't on their web site it was much smaller. The bathtub was clog up. I complained about it. They wanted to put me in another room at 10:00 at night but promise me they were coming in the morning to fix it..but never did. So we left a day early with no refund.No telephone in the room. Haven't worked in two years. There is no closet space at all. Had to leave our garments on the floor. Just wasn't worth the price. Pictures didn't add you to the room. Very disappointed

Passable

Im disappointed for the money spent. Was not no where near a $600+ stay. Disappointing for sure.

Convenient to downtown gatlinburg. Staff was fine.

The carpet needs replaced. Doors need to be replaced. Scrub the walls. Sink in bathroom needs fixed. Upgrade breakfast as it was poor. We didnt eat there the second day. Food was not hot. It was lukewarm at best. Why do you have someone serving people. Property needs signs so you know where the office is. Window in bathroom doesnt close all the way so cold air crept in. Hard to regulate temperature in the room.

NA. Ate breakfast out. Quiet. Running stream, fireplace kept us very warm. Balcony. Swing out front. Easy parking. Close to town yet no noise. Extremely cozy

Shower floor very slick. Pine firewood burns very fast.
