Heaven, Christmasy heaven.

Location was incredible, the family run atmosphere, how beautifully decorated and designed it is. Staff were charming. Breakfast was delicious!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days before Christmas and it felt so special and festive. The hotel and room were beautiful and well decorated having everything we needed. We did breakfast one day which was lovely. The staff were very helpful and informative and it was very nice having the bar area to relax in. The location was perfect.

Alone, it's worth returning to Bruges for. Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff.

The entire experience at the hotel was tremendous. Staff (Johann!) were both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly - along with telling us local pubs and bars to visit, he was a great laugh - we could have sat there chatting for hours with him! And that was before we checked the room - the entire hotel is just fairytale gorgeous, and our junior suite was incredible. We're already looking forward to returning - Bruges is beautiful, but the stay in the hotel is reason enough to return as well. A solid 10 out of 10.

I literally could not fault anything. Service, size and decoration of the room is wonderful. Stop in to the Art Deco parlour for a hot chocolate or most excellent Negroni later in the day - fantastic!

Lovely romantic hotel, all dolled up for Christmas.

Very pretty family hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are lovely. Fantastic bathroom and bath. Worlds slowest lift, in which you have enough time to make friends for life.

Loft room although relatively large felt smaller than it should have due to the pitched room.
