I liked the staff, because the young lady (wish I got her name) was so patient. There was a problem with the booking.com reservation & she took her time & waited & waited on booking.com & she got no where, but she figured it out & boy were we happy & she let us upgrade to the meal/drink package for NYE. Thank You
That we were put on the 3rd floor & there was NO elevator on the motel part & we didnt realize till it was to late & both me n my husband have medical issues.

I wont be back.
The location was great. And ease of parking.
The gym was the only reason I chose this hotel (which is actually a motel). But it was unusable due to the late morning hour it opens. The room floor was visibly dirty. I also kept having to open the toilet tank to adjust the chain so it would stop running.

Booker Beware Moldy Beds, Smelly Rooms, Loud Neighbors
The proximity of Wildwood attractions is nice.
Where do I start? We checked in to a dirty room with gross baseboards, 2 moldy beds (see photo), gross baseboards that have never been cleaned, and a door that had a huge gap around the frame. We spoke to the front desk and they questioned the mold situation, is the mold on the mattress or just on the covers? Does it matter? Its mold. On the bed. They moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second was not much better. Same issue with the door and the baseboards. This time, the room smelled like urine. We did our best to not be in our room at all during our stay as we figured there would be no better room after striking out twice. I will never, ever step foot into that hotel ever again.

pillows and bedding not comfortable, we had to walk 3 flights if stairs our room no elevator, bathroom small and needs update, no artwork decoration in room very bare.

Indoor pool!!!!! I love your indoor pool. Staff was so nice in the pool area. Great view of the boardwalk at night. Very cool seeing the ferris wheel lit up on Morey's Pier! I loved how close to the bookstore your location is.

Checking the staff was great fast check in and out.
I didn't like that the housekeeper was waiting at the door for 45 minutes for us to leave.. We left before check out.time, so she could clean the room.
