Generally the Hotel was reasonable.

Beach was good

Pool food and Sisha too expensive. Not value for money. Food choice limited. Jet Skis too expensive.

Two night staycation

Location was good, room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food was good and plenty of choice, was also very quiet ideal for our two night staycation and some much deserved relaxing time away from Dubai, Many Thanks for making it possible

The Hotel was 90% Russian families and hard to chat to anyone as they couldn't speak English,

check in was very slow and it was only 1 staff handling were there is lots of guest, which is so unacceptable and stressing for us after 2 hours journey from Dubai and wasnt really feeling well and we have to standing in line more then 30 mns just for checked in

Pool and beach Food and drinks Staff Value for money

Bed bugs in the room is unacceptable. We have seen it and bitten also. Room size is too small Shower is not to the expectation, splashing water outside from cubicle. Hand shower was not proper Housekeeping can be improved.

I booked 2 rooms for me my wife and 3 kids under the age of 12 when i reached the hotel they told me they will give me 2 separate rooms on separate floors i told them i am on a holiday came here to relax u want me to let my 3 kids under 12 on one floor and me and my wife on the other floor or u want me and my wife to stay in separate rooms with kids, then they checked and gave me 2 separate rooms on same floor but far apart any ways at night my kids didn't wanted to sleep alone so i had to order an extra mattress and adjust all of us 5 people in one room it was not a vacation it was a nightmare all because of the hotel management, i booked room for 2 adults and 3 kids and booking.com suggested me to book these 2 rooms it was the duty of the hotel to see that how will the kids sleep alone they should have booked joint room or atleast next to each other and the booking was done nearly 2 months before travelling It was a non refundable booking, and at times, i knew I would not get another hotel I asked for the manager and the lady named yashodara told me the manager is not available i asked for his contact but they didn't wanted to give it i asked for his name they didn't wanted to give it when i forced them that i need his name to make complaint then they gave his first name omar I even contacted booking.com and they tried to help me, but the hotel management doesn't really care about the customers So in the end it was my worst decision to book this hotel and I would never do that again and suggested everyone to stay away from this hotel The food was awful. Cold food, hot juices, and fizzy drinks without gas,

Very good

Love the beach and the pool - rooms need updating - workers who work there are amazing.

The beach, the pool.

The coffee for breakfast gets very busy perhaps put the machine where guests can do coffee themselves. Not being able to room charge drinks is inconvenient. It would be great if the smoking area was moved to an area not right next to the food - mattress in room needs replacing - it was very super hard like a brick.
