The property and facilities are amazing, Arun was a wonderful host whom helped us with our travel itinerary and made our stay really comfortable

Comfortable but dont do the laundry here

This hostel is amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are really good and you have hot water and AC. The restaurant (common area) is very comfortable

Only reason why I discount 3 points is because the laundry service tagged all my clothes with plastic (the one you get when a cloth is new), they messed up all my clothes with 2 new holes on them this is crazy and you should stop doing this, dont do the laundry here.

Wonderful!

The rooms are SO clean! Great secure lockers for your important bits that you dont need a lock for and also under bed space. The female dorm had a shower, toilet and massive mirror which was great. The common area was nice and has games, comfy sofas and books. The staff were excellent, I have a severe nut allergy and the owner had already informed the staff in the kitchen and ensured that the food I ate was safe! I feel really looked after as this is the only hostel that did this for me, and it meant I could eat some authentic Indian food :) The owners wife Sushma was there and she really looked after me and took me for some proper chai in a mud pot! She also welcomed me and taught me so much about India and culture/tradition. I had a lovely time. Express laundry service and transportation is all able to be arranged for you through the hotel.
