The reviewer in December 2023 praised the helpfulness of Brianna in assisting with tap and pay. The room was clean and the hotel was nice, but the headboard was peeling near the Smart TV. Despite thi (Read More)s, the reviewer would stay again mostly because of Brianna and the overall quality of the room. In January, another reviewer mentioned that everything was good except for the lack of a hot tub and the absence of a continental breakfast. They also mentioned the inconvenience of maintenance work being conducted late at night and early in the morning.

Disappointing

Frustrating

It was good.

They gave us a room with one king bed and we had reserved 2 queens. This was a very difficult situation and we had no option to have the 2 queens that we reserved.

Room was clean but not happy with the above issues and it is pricey!

The to go breakfast option for early morning.

Parking was not free and did not receive my AARP discount.

Disappointing

We only had a one night layover but if we had to stay longer, we would have switched hotels.

Denny's breakfast was good. Location from the airport was good but difficult to navigate. We got lost twice.

Facility and room was dated. We did not like the bathroom set-up. We had problems with the room door and lock and requested to switch rooms. We have used Best Western Plus several times in the past and this one was disappointing.

Very good

Peppertree Inn is a GREAT stop over place to break up the drive on way to Missoula!

Breakfast voucher for Denny's Restaurant next door was AWESOME! We love Denny's, although we miss the breakfast in the hotel, this was REALLY good!

Nothing we really didn't like but it was just the same as the last time we were there about 3 1/2 years ago.

Very good

Good stay, friendly staff, clean room but Semi blocking entrance was BAD!

How many options were around the hotel. Dennys, gas station, Subway, Cinnabon. All within walking. So nice. Also the continental breakfast at Dennys was great!

My hotel room was close to front desk and heard front desk phone ringing and people checking in often. So annoying. Also the Semi trucks parked everywhere by entrance made difficult to get into hotel.

Exceptional

Wonderful room, plenty of parking, right next door to Denny's restaurant, gas station across the parking lot. All this and efficient, friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more.

Lots of big trucks, sometimes blocking the entrance to the hotel.
