The motel location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was ok, nothing special. The coffee and juice were fine

More fresh options would be great. Almond milk is now very popular.

Very cozy and great environment. Staff was extremely nice and helpful from beginning to end

How it was secluded from most of the city

The shower had a strange one sided cover but the water still spilled out into the bathroom

Courteous and friendly staff and great breakfast. But broken elevator was a hardship!

Elevator not working for 2 days. Extremely difficult for a disabled person. Especially bringing luggage down from third floor.

I needed a last minute place to stay and Im glad I decided to stay here

It was very nice and clean . Sheets were clean and the room was warm . Breakfast is hot and ready will book again if Im ever in San Antonio

Not the best location but other than that the hotel is beautiful .

Excellent!

The staff is phenomenal. Had a drink at the bar and asked about an off menu drink, she whipped it up for me. I was appreciative. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious. I would only recommend having usb charging ports in the room. Most hotels have that now, and we didn't pack them thinking the room would have one.

Thr jacuzzi was not working and no USB charging ports in the rooms
