It was just okay.

It was the perfect room for having a pet, with sliding doors that go directly out to the grass.

Since we were in the last room near a side entrance we had to listen to the door slam all night and early the next morning. Not only did the entrance door slam but it shook our room door each time making a racking noise. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and she told me to "just request a quieter room next time".

Wouldve liked to have had a river view. But the room was quiet.

Liked how quiet the hotel was.

When I booked. I had accidentally requested a pet friendly room. We dont have a pet. I called the hotel directly and talked to Misty she said she had changed the room to my request of third floor and River view. When we arrived the man checking us in put us on second floor view of the parking. When I told him we were to be third floor River view. He said couldnt change it because we went through a third party booking. I told him I had actually called the hotel directly to change to third floor with river view. He asked who I talked to. I hadnt brought my paperwork which would have shown Misty so he wouldnt change our room. That was disappointing! But were happy the rooms were quiet.

Large room with great waterfront location.

Large, spacious, quiet room with a small table and two chairs. View of the parking lot was buffered by tall trees, which made it more pleasant. Lovely walking path around the hotel and marina. The heated outdoor pool looked wonderful, but rain prevented us from using it.

Room cleaning is only provided upon request; extra coffee and towels should be provided for longer stays to avoid having to call or track down staff each day.

Excellent. Making reservations for Christmas

The staff was extremely helpfu and responsive. I was traveling alone and they made me feel safe and helped me with my pet, an old dog who needed outside access.

Superb

Great river view and great place overall

The location is great, we had a room with a river view and a huge window overlooking the river delivered on the promise. Waking up with this view was amazing. Overall, the restaurant, the pool and the facilities generally were great. I would definitely recommend the place.

The staff at the restaurant were a bit pushy at times in handling the queueing, but maybe it needed to be this way to keep things running smoothly.
