Clean, average room, fair price

Too much street noise, staff moved us to a different room that was quieter but still too much street noise. Would not stay there again.

The amenities were fabulous for the suite we stayed at. Plenty of provisions for three people.

That there wasn't extra blankets or a restaurant list within the room.

Worked for our needs

Very clean location. Safe, secure garage parking for an added fee 15.00 a night. Location was perfect for our specific needs regarding a wedding, restaurant visits and a quick drive to Idaho.

You may not like the fact your near a train station and transient population around the nearby blocks.

I'll be back.

Unfortunately, the door was not able to open due to a lock issue which me and my guess was stuck in the room until they fixed it and then we were transferred to another room which meant re-packing all of our belongings which happened to be a lot but then upon entering the replacement room there was a big ink stain on the floor. Then, upon checking out at the front desk they seemed to be a little upset after me explaining about the lock issue and since they were not aware of the issue, I asked that they call the manager since I was checking out and didn't hear from management upon this issue occurring. I was not aware of how much the credit would be, but anything would have been nice since I really enjoy Best Western. Other than that, my stay was lovely. Great service all around.

Very good

Very clean hotel with an exceptional staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful- everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance people. It was in close proximity to the restaurants and Riverfront park.

The noise from traffic on Saturday night was very loud. The hotel sits on a busy corner. We are both very light sleepers and at 1:30am called the front desk about a quieter room. He was polite and offered ear plugs but told us we were on the quieter side. The hotel sits close to a lot of night activities. We didnt anticipate the sounds of cars racing and loud mufflers until 3 am. Sunday was MUCH better in terms of noise. A little warning about the traffic noise would be awesome. Hotels in other busy streeets often just supply rooms with ear plugs and a warning. Also, the beds were a little hard for our liking but I realize thats very subjective.

It is located near downtown shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to many places. Staff is very friendly!!!

Small parking lot. Average accommodations but pricey.

Great place to stay in Spokane!

great breakfast, great to be near the riverfront. comfy beds, clean rooms. they let us check in early, which to me is the mark of a truly customer-oriented place.
