Everything else. Loud noisy room. Could hear every step above you. Could hear every flush of the toilet above you. Could hear the shower above as if it was a waterfall in your room. Wifi was too weak to reach our room. Ice machines on the property didn't work. Soda guns at the bar didn't work the first day. The second day the bartender couldn't put ice in our drinks because the ice machines weren't working. We need to be on the ground floor and the staff was going to move us to a different room but they never contacted us to make it happen. The manager, who was dressed like a slob, couldn't look to see who was checking out the next day to see if they had a better room. He said all the rooms were booked and we'd have to check out and then check back in but said at that point we may end up in an upstairs room. Last year the bathtub was running for the entire 5 days we were there. They couldn't move us and they couldn't shut off the water long enough to fix it although thos year they shut off the water for an hour to fix something. We checked out early and went to another hotel and we'll never stay at a Best Western again!
