Terrible and misleading! Book elsewhere.

We booked this $300 room the night before our cruise. The pool and hot tub and whole rooftop was under construction and off limits which we should have been informed of before purchasing. And then in the morning right at 10 am , the time to use bathrooms and take a shower the water was completely turned off due to the construction. The only nice thing I have to say about this experience is the staff was nice. If I get a refund I will remove this truthful and accurate review. I have 3 more guest that I have to have come here and write their review also!

Prices were not adapted to the facility situation. Htel was sold with rooftop and swimming pool. Which you pay for . Unfortunately is was under total demolition and no pride adaptation or refund was proposed

Very friendly welcome. Very accommodating. Location is fantastic for South Beach Miami.

Swimming pool being renovated, but breakfast, champagne, beach equipment provided to compensate.

Perfect honeymoon

We were extremely impressed with our experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and the room upgrade was a delightful surprise that made our stay unforgettable. The view from the room was wonderful and we even had a private terrace. This hotel has an excellent location and provides complimentary bicycles for guests to explore more easily and enjoy local attractions. We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Don't stay at this hotel if you plan on being in the room after 08:30 in the morning

Location was good

The hotel is renovating and the noise is unbearable. The floor was literally shaking. When I asked if I could move to a different room I was told that they are all very loud and there's nothing they could do. I would at least expect them to tell me in advance so I wouldn't have checked in in the first place, or some discount for the 450 usd per night that I paid for a room I couldn't enjoy.

The staff were amazing, the room was great. We were in the Penthouse 3 room. Special shoutout to Raul and Cesar

The stairways and hallways need some maintenance. The balcony of the Penthouse while huge needs some maintenance as well.

Top hotel in Miami's South Beach at a very affordable price point

The location is amazing, the staff very kind and helpful. We had a very comfortable and spacious room that was perfect for a 4 person family. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!
