Good location, , friendly staff and large rooms provide for a good base for Santa Cruz activities

Welcoming staff. Large room. Good location for tourists.

$15 parking fee for an open lot t was not mentioned in the booking. The very nice bathroom and large shower should have grab rails

I would definitely stay here again.

Location and view were phenomenal! I love that the property is elevated. Walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants/bars. Room was well kept and clean. The staff was fantastic.

The hot tub was not hot, the water was a weird color, and it had way too much chlorine. My eyes burned and I started to feel it in my lungs.

Excellent stay, highly recommend to family and friends

The staff was extremely friendly and provided lots of useful information. I loved the fact that they have a free coffee bar, with a side window to order FREE coffee drinks from 6am-11am. They also offered free popcorn and hot chocolate in the afternoons. The location was ideal and easy access to the beach and back to your room. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the shared balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Even our neighbors were friendly. The cleaning staff was also readily available for extra towels and confirmed on whether we wanted our rooms cleaned or not.

Mini Christmas vacation

Location and view are the best Santa Cruz has to offer, in my opinion. I do not want to stay anywhere else. This was our 4th time staying and 2nd at Christmas time. Watching the Christmas train drive by from our balcony is a highlight.

The TV channels were fuzzy.
