Poor

It could have been so nice

We really liked the calm atmosphere. It was so nice and peaceful. From the balcony you could watch colorful birds and monkeys in the trees. Though its a bit outside of the city we enjoyed the quite landscape. It could have been so nice, but

First the owner approached us with an attitude that didnt make us feel welcome. We felt like we were disturbing her. Second we got a smaller room than we booked. Also AC was missing. Third no Wi-Fi and the connection was sometimes that bad that we couldnt even communicate with the owners. Fourth she referred to a wrong price of booking.com and said it will be 1200 Rupees. Which would have been OK for the two nights we booked but she referred always to one night. In the end we had to pay twice the amount we booked on this website to avoid any trouble. We think this Homestay is really not bad but attracting tourists with this website and charging them a different price in the end is a really disappointing, dishonest and mischievous behaviour which should not be tolerated. At the end we felt really tricked although we had a nice stay beforehand.

Very friendly host (living next house), very nice rooftop room with lot if light. Very clean also. The food they served us on the balkony was very delicious. It is so quiet and green around! The village is also very very nice. Please take a walk there! We felt very happy there.

Pleasant

Tea and food was provided when requested for. Air conditioner was quite strong. Room was clean. Washroom was well maintained.

Approach road was not so maintained and parking facility was also not as convenient to maneuvere the vehicle as the property was on a small hill. Water should be provided in the room. The guests could have been welcomed in a warm manner.

Very serene location . Rooms are spacious as well clean . Best part Mr. Barve is very helpful and courteous . Spent nice time with him sipping cups of tea . Certainly visit again

Superb

Very good room with very low price.

Excellent location, away from the city, with very calm surroundings. The morning starts with birds chirping and not with vehicle and traffic noise. The room was very clean and full of natural light.

Beds are the only dislike, the single bed would be better than a double bed. No cupboard or wardrobe to keep your stuff. But it is understandable when you look at the price.

Barve and his wife were kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed amazing home-cooked food arranged by Barve and prepared by his charming neighbour. Barve was helpful in arranging transport and recommending places to visit in the local area. The villa is located in a beautiful village and we enjoyed a peaceful stay with plenty of time outdoors in the heavenly surrounding nature. We would recommend this homestay to anyone seeking some peace in a warm, homely setting.
