Resort was very good and would definitely be visiting again

Pool needs to be temperature controlled. I would give it 11/10 stars if the pool was heated.

Never booking this resort again

This is the only resort that has charged me twice for the stay. I chose pay later on booking so I went and paid at the property for my stay on the check in date. Then 4 days later out of nowhere another deduction happened on my debit card for the same amount and I spoke to my bank to which they clearly stated the resort had held your amount. The resort reps are refusing this saying they are not holding any amount. I have booked many resorts across UAE and this is the first time something like this happened. To add on top there is no beach and they charge for water, send you paper plates and the staff is rude
