Loved the a la carte breakfast at Restaurant 19 on the golf course.
I got a stomach bug on my last night from the Italian restaurant. Smoked salmon ravioli. The meal was not to the expectation.

Everything, great food, great drinks, nice gym, nice stores, great cafe and cigar place. Staff was great too. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing about the resort. Just that we have to use the taxis to get around, as the Ubers cannot go in the resort nor in the airport.

Decent stay for anyone on a budget. Would likely not stay again unless they remodeled the rooms
All the activities available at the Bvaro palace a short train ride away, staff was friendly and the common areas were well kept
The rooms need some serious updating, the food is a bit limited and subpar

A fun time but could have been better.
Beach is beautiful. Food is pretty good. Drinks are really good.
Rooms are dated and plain. No room service available for standard rooms. No drink service at the beach. Rude guest relations staff that were not helpful in choosing a la carte restaurants. A couple bar tenders were rude- one scolded my wife for accidentally getting sand on the bar.

The best resort in Punta Cana
The service from the staff is excellent, everyone cares about offering a wonderful experience. There were no mosquitoes which is excellent because I am allergic. The room was very comfortable, quiet and with everything I needed. The restaurants are very good, the food is quality. For dinner the best were the Coral, for the service and food, and the Kyoto for the experience. I loved the night shows. Just add that we prefer the palace than the adults only, I feel like there are more activities.
It would be nice to have a schedule of activities at check-in time.

The location and the size of the resort in general
I spent one and half day running between my room and the reception in such a very warm and humid weather just to fix the air-condition or to change the room .the managment response to the Gust requests are very slow and bad .
