Very nice

The location is excellent, the room and lobby are well-equipped, very clean. The staff are very nice and supportive. Good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Close to metro, bus, and some attractions.

The bed is a little unstable, so if one person moves a little, the bed shakes too much and wakes the other person.

nice, but tiny room

I stayed a night only, and everything was correct. Reception team really kind and helpful.

The room was really small, the bed occupied 90% of the space. I don't ask for a suite or a luxury room, but at least I hope I don't need to jump the bed to reach the other side of it!!! specially for that price!

It is a hotel that has an advantage of excellent service that is good to stay for sightseeing in the Gothic area.

I remember the friendly front staff. Thank you for your kind guidance and help when I needed to keep my luggage and call a taxi because of my itinerary. And the quality of breakfast for an extra fee is excellent. Don't miss breakfast!

The cleaner knocked on the door before check-out and I said I had someone, but I was surprised she opened the door to see if she didn't hear me. I know you're going to clean it quickly and clean, but please be a little careful.
