Disappointing

After 10 years of enjoying the facility/staff - we have second thoughts for a new visit

Reception and F&B staff very helpful and attentive - this is best asset for Avillion

Our water chalet shower/toilet needed to be cleaned after we arrived - it is very clear that the room cleaning is only superficial. If you look closely underneath bed/furniture/etc. the room has not been properly cleaned for a long time. Everything looks run-down and in need of interior maintenance.

the beach is just a stone thrown away.

the properties are not maintained well, as it looks old. the toilet spoilt during the last day of our visit and the dryer too.

Very good

Relaxing family weekend getaway by the sea.

The water chalet, though they were a bit rundown, but still well maintained. Since we had the premium, water chalet, the view from the balcony esp during sunset was awesome. The hi-tea during sun set at Avi Spa was nice. The landscape was well maintained.

Idyllic

Staff were all very friendly and willing to help.

At 5:30pm, that is 2 hours past check-in, room was not ready. Upon entering, 1 toilet was now washed, there were urine splatters on the toilet bowl & the toilet floor.
