Room was too good. Could see the sunset from my balcony.. Everything was good.. Breakfast was ok.. Hot things were served before so we would get it cold.. Towels need to be changed.. Not good

View from the private balcony was exceptional. We were able to enjoy the magnificent sunset every day. It was like a sacred area where I had some quiet down time at night with the ocean, the sky, and the caldera. Location couldn't be more perfect. As for the breakfast, I enjoyed coffee(most important!) so much. Tzatziki, yogurt, and feta cheese were fresh and tasty.
Knowing that it's one of the oldest hotels of the island, a slow door key or old bathroom facilities wouldn't surprise me. But I think the towels must be replaced with new ones. Too old to be white any more.

The location was excellent
The bathrooms were very dated and poor (cigarette burns in the bath) no plug in the bath. Damp smell - we paid 1500 for a week in a superior room but the room was basic and the bathroom terrible

Relaxing stay in a lovely hotel with amazing views and a central location
Great location, fabulous caldera views , really good breakfast and friendly helpful staff
No negatives at all, it is an older style hotel but very charming

It is located at the main square of Fira, tourist comes to this area for watching sunset and musuem, we could see the sunset from our room balcony
