Guests at the Kalisti Hotel & Suites had a wonderful stay, with the reception staff surprising them with upgraded rooms that opened directly to the pool and spa. The rooms were modern and well-equipp (Read More)ed, and the staff provided excellent service throughout their stay. The hotel's location in Fira was convenient for exploring the town, and the nearby activities and amenities, such as the pool and bar, were greatly enjoyed. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were praised, as well as the helpfulness of the staff.

overall stay was excellent except for the lady serving in the pool area.

Exceptional room and dining. Facility was super clean. Warm and exceptional staff.

The lady serving food and drinks in the pool area needs a lot of training in dealing with residents. She treated us like we were outsiders and not resident. We have the cabana room which is by the pool and paid a lot for it but she told us we cannot stay in the lounge chairs, only for residents. sSe did DID NOT POLITELY asked us if we were residents. After I told her she backed off. Also very sarcastic when we talk to her. SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS. : (

Lovely roomspace, the balcony with far away seaview, breakfast is top, pool is great for a good swim, close to busstation, so you won't need expensive taxis to/from airport. Staff very friendly and helpfull, assisting with breakfastbox because of early flight. Central location on island, just out the hustle of the cruise madness in citycentre. While walking in town you have overload of caldera view all the time so it was kind of relaxing to step into the silent oase of Kalisti hotel

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a large variety. The room was clean and in a typical white and bright Santorini fashion. The location within Fira is convenient with a great market/grocery store close by. It's close to the shops but not too close, so it's not nearly as grounded as a couple blocks over. The bus station is a 5-7 minutes walk away, making transfers easy. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The hot tub is not actually a hot tub (slightly warmer then the pool) which might be typical for greece - I'm unsure because this is our first time in greece.
