Good value for money in a low key and uncomplicated hotel

Centrally located at Caldera, offering great view of the volcano. Rooms were spacious, good quality mattress. Very helpful and attentive staff

Some rooms have better view than others though the upper terrace is accessible and available to all residents. Warm water supply for jacuzzi would be a plus for winter/spring months.

Good location and breakfast. Basic hotel

The Location was perfect. Minimal steps from the bus stop and taxi area. Close to the night life and attractions. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Also made recommendations on restaurants and excursions. Breakfast was good. Dont expect a wow moment. This hotel is basic. At least there were complimentary water in the mini bar.

The view advertised was as in the picture, but at a different angle. The view in front of the room was infact a view of the roof of the restaurant opposite the hotel. If painted white it would have been ok, but this roof was last painted many years ago - not a nice site. The bathroom was disappointing- if you drain the shower or basin, then the water came out of the main drain in the middle of the bathroom. So if you have something on the floor in the bathroom, everything are soaked. I reported it to the staff, but the lady just said it was due to too small pipes. So sorry, but this problem will always be there for next guests. I also did not like the bed spread on the bed (it functioned as the duvet). It felt not clean and was outdated.

Clean and comfortable place for family and couple

Hotel located at Fira which is central of Santorini. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Greek style breakfast served in your room. Optional to serve breakfast at balcony area which you can have great sea view.

Parking is quite challenging if you drive. Nearest public carpark is 200m - 300m away and if you are lucky to find a free lot.

Great view but lacking in other aspects

The view from our terrace was sublime! Staff were friendly and very helpful. A great choice of restaurants near by.

You are paying for the view over the caldera at this hotel. It is clean but grey hard thin towels and cheap linen was not great. The bed was uncomfortable and the room small. You need to step into the bath for a shower but being 165cm tall it was a struggle to get into the shower. This hotel is in a pedestrian area only so you can not be dropped at the hotel. The staff are great as they will meet you to help with cases. You should also note that this hotel has stairs to get to reception and then more stairs to get to higher floor rooms. There is no elevator and it is not accessible for people with a disability. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
