Good clean hotel for business and leisure

Did a group booking for 20pax but despite that, check-in process was fast and smooth. Rooms were decent and clean. Walking distance from shops nearby and easy access to grab/cabs. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night. Absolutely love the water pressure in the bathroom! Good selection of food in the breakfast area and food was good.

Rooms facing the main road will be a bit noisier than those facing the back of the hotel.

1 Night Business Trip

The location of the Hotel. The Hotel is old and rooms are small but decent.

I paid 920 Ribu for 1 Night stay. For this price its not value for money. Also I had clearly asked for a Non-Smoking room. When I entered the room it had cigarette smoke. I called reception who told that is a Smoking & Non-Smoking Room. Never heard of such concept earlier. I was changed to twin Bed Non-Smoking Room. The breakfast is also very average. I would not stay in this hotel again at that price. There are better Hotels than this in Batam at this price range.

Best hotel stay in Batam!

I loved everything about it! Its my second stay here, and it was a relaxing one. Breakfast was great! Loved the fried chicken hehe. And the pool was nice and cold too; just the way i liked it. The staff were SO SWEET as well!! They allowed us a 15-min extension before checking out upon request to do my prayers. I absolutely LOVE this place, and will definitely come back again and again!

The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition. But it's the staffs that make this hotel a gem. Especially Housekeeper Tommy and Front Office Erwin. Keep the the good work! I will definitely make this hotel my first choice on my next trip to batam.

Passengers lifts will take just a little more waiting time if the hotel is fully booked. Definitely will understand on this small little matter.
