Very good

Clean and comfortable room and bed, with handy location.

The property is lovely, and is mixed hotel and apartment living. It has a very resort style vibe to it and when you enter the lobby, it feels light and airy.

I didnt like that some of the hotel rooms on level 2 are facing a carpark and it also felt like there was no privacy. I wonder if perhaps using tall plants or something on the balcony might offer a nicer overall vibe that fits within the resort style they have established, and more privacy for guests.

nice hotel, lovely and helpful staff, however they dont tell you their parking is VERY limited under hotel and costs $3

close to where we needed to go and was easy to go to and from via walking or uber/taxi

If you didnt sign up with company had to pay $30 for parking however they dont tell you theres probably only 5-10 hotel guest car parks under the building and is only one level. I signed up to not pay the $30 parking fee and as I was leaving they tried to charge me again. all was fine in the end.

Stylish, Spacious and on the City Loop

I loved the location and the artwork in the room. The bed was really comfortable and the the high ceilings made it feel spacious.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Staff were excellent and very helpful and the room was fantastic. Spacious, comfortable and clean

It's nothing really but the couch would have been better if it was a pull out bed

Comfortable stay in a hotel with a unique vibe

Comfortable and unique

Parking was a shocker. Most of the hotel has permanent residents with reserved parking. Not convinced the hotel should charge for hotel guest parking given how problematic it is

Great pool, location and huge room.

We had a great one night stay, hotel was perfect. Great location, close to the city. The staff were incredible and treated us with gifts when they found out we were celebrating our 5 year!

The location was great

The staff were rude, uninformative, to say service was lacking is an understatement! Requested a parking space ....wasn't available. Asked for early check in where possible ....no response from the hotel to even discuss. When arriving at the hotel there is NO WHERE to pull in to organise check in etc. We were not from Brisbane and NOTHING was detailed to us as to what's close by or if the reception could be of any more help. We were advised parking down stairs .....if you find a park .....well done! You are 100% checking yourself ....in with zero support. We have a $100 deposit for incidentals, but this has still not been advised to us when and what time frame we are due this back!! Bed was too soft and We had a wonderful view of the rear car park .....Other than location dont stay here....
