Very good

Great apartment, not suitable for remote working though

The apartment was in a good location, close to downtown, and close to Chapultepec Park. The room was very clean, nice fresh and modern furnishings. Comfortable bed, and blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep.

Mini bar snacks were not free, but also not clearly labelled that they will cost money. There black mold in the bathroom fan which made the bathroom smell. Even though you get your own wifi in your room it was still extremely poor quality, and I had to miss a very important work meeting due to this.

Very good

Overall, I had a great stay!

I liked the natural lighting, the size of the room, the kitchen facilities and maid service. The bed was comfy and the pillows just firm enough without being too firm. The location was great and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions if that is that you're into. Food is everywhere, you will never be hungry!

There is no soundproofing and the walls between the rooms are super thin. If you are facing the street or you have a loud neighbor like I did you are in for some sleepless nights (they give you earplugs but I don't like sticking things in my ears). Also the Internet was a bit flaky and goes out frequently for short bouts but I was able to attend Zoom meetings. I couldn't watch any TV because all of the English based shows are all dubbed in Spanish and there were no subtitles in English available.

The hotel is in a good location, with restaurants, cafes and bars all within easy walking distance. It's well located for quick uber and taxi trips to the main attractions of CDMX. At night the location is quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Superb

Wonderful place where I will certainly return.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious; everything was very, very clean and new. We loved the balcony and the neighborhood nearby was great -- many little restaurants to choose from, and within easy walking distance to the Avenida de la Reforma.

Well -- they know they need to fix their elevator :). It wasn't a problem for us.

Wonderful modern studio style apartment.

Completely met my expectations. Was very comfortable and supplies were nice. Secure building with 24/7 Staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. Liked the kitchenette with a large size refrigerator. Location was great for my needs. Was nice to have a balcony to relax on. The A/C worked great and was nice having an oscillating fan too!! Enjoyed the large 65" Smart TV. I was able to watch my favorite shows and movies via Netflix, Prime, YouTube and other APPs. Was also able to cast from my laptop. I didn't use the fitness center so don't know what that was like. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again! PS, I saw other reviews that mentioned noise and thin walls. I was there over the weekend and never encountered any noise or such.

Bathroom was small and difficult to get around the door to the toilet. Needs a sliding door instead. Glass shower door wouldn't stay closed without putting a washcloth in the track. (Would be a minor fix.) Kitchen glasses are the size of juice glasses so had to buy some larger plastic glasses to drink out of, which I left. Didn't have any door mats so had to borrow the housekeeper's broom a couple of times to sweep, which was fine with me. I was there 5 nights but didn't want any cleaning service. Entry stairs are a little narrow and steep but manageable. Couch was under TV, so I just moved it against the end of the bed and it was fine.
