Pleasant but in need of overhaul and upgrade to meet standard,

Convenient location because we have relatives living in Arabian Ranches. Otherwise, would not really be a choice as rooms are shabby and old-fashioned and in need of a full overhaul. Shower is in the bath and water pressure very poor. Had issues with lack of hot water. Staff helpful and pleasant but amenities are minimal.

Very pleasant setting. Restaurant and pub easily accessible, both with good food.

Curtain was separated from some inner curtain hooks and hence could not close properly.

The location

We are a regular customers and yet the Arabian ranches staff didnt make any effort that my husband can have a late check out ..while this is a curtesy of the hotel based on availability, the hotel was pretty empty and yet one hour extra was simply too much for the employees to grant ..this is not the first time we experienced this in the hotel ..

Great location, comfy but needs to be modernised

The hotel is comfortable and is a good location for what I needed. However, the rooms need to be updated and modernised somewhat and the TV availability/channel selection is very poor.
