We'll be back

We loved the room, the view was excellent, very clean, all the staff were excellent. The location was very good. My partner had his birthday while we were there and enjoyed the surprise of the cake and bottle of sparkling wine. The breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of choices.We enjoyed going to see the fireworks on the roof, excellent displays all around.We had eight out of the 10 days excellent.

We were very disappointed with the set meals, we waited a long time on Christmas Eve for our main course, as it was my partners birthday we were not happy. The buffet meals in the evenings were much better. New Year's Eve was disappointed also as we were sat in the conservatory away from the entertainment and felt out of the party.

Great place to stay near Albufeira

We stayed only 2 nights and we had a great time. A wonderful welcome with a plate of fruits and wishes for the new year. We received also a free upgrade, a room with see views which was so nice. The breakfast with plenty of options and the room very clean and big. Parking available. We had dinner one time at the Serenata restaurant and we were very satisfied. Definitely recommended!

Great rooms, modern and clean, definitely recommended!

Everything, the room was modern and clean, the soaps in the bathroom smelled so lovely. Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a lot of options, hotel was very quiet at the time and the view from the balcony was also nice (sea view).

The second day the breakfast items we tried were a bit stale, some breakfast foods were not good quality to begin with (sausages), pancakes.

I love staying there all our friends are in the area near to everything.

Breakfast needs some attention they have cut down ABIT.fruit needs to be chopped up better not big chunks not much choice of fruit.sausage are not good bacon thin fatty needs to be hotter.

Location, comfy beds, friendly staff, clean

Room description stated sound proof walls. You could hear EVERYTHING your neighbours were up to. Also, a lot of flies around breakfast buffet...not sure if due to time of year but still off putting as most food was uncovered.

Had a great stay and have already booked for next year.

Suite was nice with a large balcony and great views. The housekeepers were on hand to clean the rooms everyday.

Lighting in suite needs to be brighter in the bedroom.

Great hotel for low season if you don't like too much bustle

The building doesn't look so exceptional from outside but the interior is built with good taste and very modern. The nice little beach is within walking distance. May be in summer the nearby restaurants are crowded with noisy tourists but during the low season I can only recommend this hotel. Great breakfast ! Free parking.

All was to our satisfaction.
