we had great time

All staff very friendly specially very hard working staff at the Restaurant and at the Bar. The only person who i think should change proffesion is the lady with long dark hair in a glasses very unfriendly make us feel very uncomfortable just as we arrived dealing with her at the reception desk was awfullike she was doing me a favour.. no greeting no hello no f nothink .. but i do recommend the hotel food very tasty rooms clean we had great time only 10 min walk to the beach..

Most drinks were pre-mixed or boxed drinks. Room cleaning was slow & did not change sheets.

Everything in this hotel was really nice, starting from Ibrahim at the reception, till check out, I had some experience during my stay, which allowed me to rate this hotel 10/10, my child 9 years was blocked inside bedroom in our appartement, I called the reception, and they broke the door, released and changed the door immediately. We had issues with the internet during rainy night, and they fixed very quickly, all staff was very friendly, and they take care of customers during all the day. Special thanks to staff at restaurant who takes care about my wife diet "Gluten free" I will definitely came back to this hotel.

Clean Hotel, not suitable for all inclusive.

Hotel was really clean. Garden and Pool areas really well maintained. Loved the walk around the pool areas. Reception and Catering Staff very friendly.

Dining area for Meals is far too cramped. Too many tables crammed into this space. Queues for food on a constant basis. The area for getting food is far too small for the volume of guests. Queued for almost 10 min on Mexican night. The whole dining experience needs to be redesigned. Narrow spaces to walk between, especially between the soups and the nearest dining table. It's far too tight. Pool Bar staff are very abrupt, almost barking st people. A lot of drinks could be self service in this area without the need for staff getting it. Brought a health and safety concern to one of the Hotel managers (Tall, young lady with dark curly hair) the issue was quite a serious one regarding an exposed metal edge on the steps of the Kids dance floor. I wasn't fixed within it being flagged to our checking out day (4 days) it would have been a 10 minute fix. I was very disappointed with this outcome. Selection of food was poor with no variety for breakfasts, same every morning. Food was tasty but as I said selection throughout the week was poor.

Excellent

Couldn't fault any aspect of our holiday. The staff, food, facilities, cleanliness it was fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone considering booking this hotel. Great for families with kids of all ages, esp for small kids though the play area and pool are great. Food was excellent quality and staff in general were so welcoming and lovely.

More or less everything! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Did everything they could to help my family be comfortable on our stay. Food was very nice, given the scale of the job at hand, and defo catered for all of us - salad bar, fresh meat and fish cooked in front of you, pasta dishes, pizza and garlic bread, desserts and ice creams, and themed nights with sushi or Portuguese food. Great snacks of pizza, burgers, chips and onion rings in between set meal slots. And of course drinks on tap - 0.0's in the bar for me, my wife loved the wine / cider / beers and a good coca cola range. Hard to find a fault tbh. Also, 10 min walk to Olhos de agua beach, supermarkets, 2 min walk to small shops. 7e taxi to Lidl - only needed these places for toiletries, nappies etc.

1x woman on reception had a bit of an attitude. Could be taken as rude on occasion. The rest of the staff couldn't do enough for you and were lovely, always 1 ey!

Excellent service, very welcoming staff, great entertainment for children

Lovely apartment, very sizable, great for families with young children, good baby pool and adult pool. Beach is not as close by as may seem, although if you are interested there is a beautiful big beach slightly further away.

I booked the property based on the mini aqua park but my children were out of the age range and also so were we. I wasnt aware that the water park was for age 6-17 only. This was a major reason we went to the location as well as proximity to beach so we were a bit disappointed by the mini water park
