Very good

This place though in Jhansi is very close to Orchha, boasting a nearby army cantonment. The area has a spacious garden and surrounded by fields on all sides. It's an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility. Moreover, if Orchha is part of your itinerary, this place becomes even more appealing. The only downside I found was that kitchen options are limited here.

Horrible place. Photos are not real.

Horrible. Be aware. Scam. Photos are not real. Horrible.Scam On October 23 is still under construction. There is only one room available. We spent only one night. There is no recepcin. We made the check in and out" in the garden". No wi fi working. The owner shared his wifi's phone... but 20 minutes late he left the farm and never came back. We were alone an Indian man, who only spoke Indian. He didn't have any drink, nor coke, nor beer ...nor a bottle of mineral water. He offered us supposed filtered water. Filtered water is not advisable for foreings. The owner told me by phone that our driver would have a clean bed, they offered him a matress in a shared room with the other man. We were forced to pay in cash. The Bill is a what's up message. The dinner and breakfast was supossed to be luxury biological food....finally salty raita, bad naked beans,...nothing to do with the men we order in advance the day before ( as the owner requiered trhought whats Up messages ). There were only a small place on the garden, which was nice....the rest or the garden full of garbage, bricks, tools, old staff...even a toilet!! ...and We didn't find the swiming pool anywhere. The road to arrive to the farm is extremely bad, some parts are only an only one way irregular narrow path. Avoid this place.

The place is away from the crowded place. Well cleaned and for someone who is deeply rooted to staying in rural type setup it's nice. The setup is pretty much and best part is there lots of area for u to walk around with nature and if u are accompanied by Pet then it's a very frndly place to be.

The road to the place needs to be well defined. The quantity of food versus the price is way too less.

A paradise for nature lovers

This farm house is surrounded by rich nature, and there is no traffic at night, and you can only hear insects chirping. Both the owner and the caretaker are very kind and help me a lot to make my stay comfortable. There are dogs and calves in the garden, and I can interact with the animals in my free time, so I was able to spend my time with animals in the best mood. thank you very much.

It's comfortable overall, but I think it would be better if insect countermeasures were taken in the rooms on the ground floor, as many insects enter through the gaps in the doors.

Loved my stay. Will definitely go again.

The service by the staff was great. They were very polite and always ready to help. The owner guided me about the place and nearby tourist places of Orchha. The food was too good. Very peaceful place.

It is way too in the village a bit too far from Orchha. Connecting roads have rough patches. Google is not helpful at all. But the owner guidance me the old way to reach the place.

This is an incredibly special place. We were greeted warmly on arrival and enjoyed chai in the garden. Dinner was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious especially the thali. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of cleanliness and the quirky design of the house and our rooms. In the morning we watched the cow being milked and after a lovely walk around the garden enjoyed a very nice traditional breakfast that again was freshly prepared. This truely is an eco homestay with sustainability at its core. There is so much to enjoy here and we will most definately return.

There are only few places in the world like this farm. Pure beauty and serenity.

I'm very grateful for my time I spent in Authentic Village Farm. From the very beginning the owner was keeping in touch with me and trying to make my stay in a farm as good as it can be. The members of staff are lovely people with the great skills and big hearts. All food served was delicious and definitely the best I had so far in India. It was made to perfection from organic, fresh ingredients harvested on the farm. Only in my family house in Poland I could experience that. My room was very comfortable and clean. Each day I was given a bicycle to go to nearest Orchha town which is also a beautiful place with lots of old temples. I promised myself to get back to An Authentic Village Farm during my stay in India. That's a place where I experienced pure, clean, natural environment and real kindness of local Indian culture. Thank you very much for everything!
