The Alua Village Fuerteventura is an excellent hotel with a fabulous location near the beach. It has a great gym, heated indoor pool, saunas, and steam room. The hotel offers a variety of entertainment options, and upgrading to the ultra all-inclusive is worth it. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If Im again there I will book some nights.

In general everything, the rooms were big enough, the stuff very friendly and helpful, the food from the all inclusive was really good, the show in the night was okey. The pool, the gym, the sauna, in general all the facilities were nice

If I have to complain about something I will say that the coctails from the all inclusive were not so good.

Housekeeping team very good

I like the property some members of staff is very nice but many dont have ability be in hospitality.

Lets starting for dirty and brake plates, very dirty glass, spoons, fork, knife and mugs smell like milk expired and many broken as well. The food is bad quality, if you dont have any taste or dont care they cooking pork, chicken, fish, beef in the same place. When something is ok disappear because is small portions. The coffee is impossible drink, the same for the juice. Another thing you need to know the near decent place for you have a good restaurant is 12km. The line bus dont have schedule. Thats why is all inclusive when for to be a village is very small. Many members dont have ability to be working in hospitality, you cant ask to clean the table because they get angry. The entertainment staff is from France they dont speak English, all music is in France. Is funny because 80% guest is from Germany and a part that they have special treatment from the staff. The wine is very bad quality, the beer is San Miguel but when finish take at least 30 minutes for change. Anyway I just recommend the Alua Village if you dont get any food from there.

Okay stay, food needs upgrade

Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Pool and welness facilities were good!

Breakfast was okay, but overall the drinks and snacks in the bar as well as the dinner buffet were low quality. Should be a much better for a 4 stars-hotel. We stayed for two days, more than enough.

Beds not very comfortable- 2 single beds pushed together instead of double bed as requested ( bed linen not high quality .Not much change in dinner menu ( pork every night )

A basic all inclusive hotel. Perfectly comfortable for a few days break.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and hard working.

The food was sometimes repetitive and often cold. Understaffed at dinner times with plates and taking taking too long to clear. Animation team spoke in French not translating into English for English guests.

The hotel is located in an extremely beautiful part of the island. There is a beautiful, clean beach with golden sand a pristine water. To get to the beach you have to walk downhill for about 10 minutes. You can spot wild chipmunks on the way. The rooms in the hotel have been refurbished, the rooms are clean. The hotel area and pools are clean. The hotel has lovely gardens and rooms have nice terraces. There is a lot of animation going on for the French speaking people.

The meals and some drinks were all inclusive, unfortunatelly of very low quality. The coffee was undrinkable, tea tasted bad. There was a lot of white bread, pasta, rice to eat. Some meat, hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, pizza, fruit and veggies, all of the cheapest kind. Unfortunatelly the village is small, which was also good because it was calm and quiet. But without a car we were really depending on tbe hotel for meals. We could always find something eatable. There was a lot of food but I would have rather preferred a halfboard but of adequate quality.
