Everything from start to finish was excellent. Could not have asked for anything more. Staff went above and beyond to post some clothes I forgot all the way to Australia.

Exceptional experience

The views are stunning. We booked honeymoon suite, just because of the views it promised and it was worth all the money. We didnt want to leave the hot tube and terrace, because it was just marvelous. It is a bit windy location, so pack some warmer clothes for the evenings in the autumn, because you would like to sit there on the terrace and drink your wine and watch the ships in the port, no matter how cold it is (in fact it was about 18C at nights, but with a bit of north wind, hoody and blanket helps). Hot tube was warm enough also at nights, but the temperature could be adjusted from the reception on demand (we didnt need to). Christos and other staff were really helpful, recommended restaurants, sight-seeings, willing to help with anything. We arrived at 10 in the morning and as the room was not occupied, they allowed as to check-in so early and to enjoy our stay little longer. Also on check-out day, we were offered to stay a bit longer - to 11.30. Those small things that make you feel welcomed. Breakfasts on terrace were also just perfect. Broad selection, very tasty, almost no limits. Plus awesome views. Location is also great - Imerovigli is beautiful and not so overcrowded with tourists as Fira or Oia. It is also highest village on the island, so you really see everything. And it is very close to Fira, 30 min. walk. The hotel itself has a great location, not only stunning views, but also granted privacy. I can mostly speak for honeymoon suite - the terrace was quite isolated and hot tube hidden from any curious eyes. We were very happy with our choice and I hope to return some day.

AMAZING!!!

Everything!! Beautiful location away from too busy Oia, but still near. Beautiful architecture- combining traditional elements and furniture with modern. We think we had the best room as we could see towards both sides, and the church nearby added extra special detail. The jacuzzi pool was fabulous, deep enough, temperature controlled from reception towards your liking. Very welcoming and helpful staff - we felt really taken care of! Delicious breakfast, you select what you want a day before. Cost rooms, with a snug area and mini-kitchen with a fridge. Hotel provides their own maps of the island and recommended great restaurant which was 10 minutes away (dont underestimate the labyrinths of streets, plan more time to ge there) - Athenian house - fine dining which was outstanding! Our room was probably one of the most private one, but as everywhere in Santorini, you will be occasionally seen by other guests or tourists ( in case of our room tourists only could see us if we wanted to). It was amusing to observe tens of flying dresses photo shoots from our room :) entertainment on its own! Mini-market and pharmacy nearby, as well as restaurants. Easy to reach meeting point for pick-up for taxi/tours, drivers know the location well.

Fantastic

Wonderful people. The hotel is in the perfect location, spotlessly clean, and so accomodating. Arranged our transfers and adjusted due to late flights and boats without any problems. Breakfast on our sunny porch was hot, fresh, and delicious. Would stay forever haha!

Friendly people, Amazing view but...

Michael and Sofia are super friendly. Amazing view in the Breakfast area. Room had plenty of space.

- Constant calls about my breakfast and house keeping. It woke me up many times. In the vast majority of hotels I stay they say house keeping happen in a certain time and they never call. So I suggest changing the process, just set the breakfast and house keeping times with the customer once and don't call him. We will know we won't have breakfast nor house keeping outside the established hours. - In the first day, reception told me that check-in was possible only until 23h30 but on Booking it says from 15h, no time limits. If I didn't get the message on time, maybe I'd have gone to a restaurant before and maybe I'd be left out of my room because check-in wouldn't be open. - No blackout curtains. - Shower drain doesn't work so well - Lost my laundry list - Didn't like the location, prefer Black beaches, Fira or Oia.

A perfect choice for our trip to Santorini!

I can't say enough about this hotel. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the views, WOW!! The location in Imerovigli was great as it was a reasonable walk to Fira without the crowds, and there were several fabulous restaurants close by.

The private jacuzzi pool doesn't get hot enough to use for long in the evenings, but was perfect for a dip in the afternoon. We still enjoyed it but had to adjust our expectations.

Getaway stay

Amazing came for a getaway trip and the front desk staff especially... Sofia?( forgot her name :/) was great during the day and her partner at night was also exceptional. Sofia* particularly answered all of our questions. The views are beyond stunning. Must reserve a room in the future! They made our stay feel like the next class. The place we also stayed at was in the middle of everything. In comparison to staying in Oia or anywhere else, we definitely had the best* views. The pool was great. The Jacuzzi was great. Just everything was superb. Miss it already! The big burly man who carried our luggage up through those steps was great too! The restaurant/bistro downstairs was also so picturesque. Want to keep this hidden gem to myself, but I guess I can share :)

Seaview and the breakfast from the terrace before the room were great .

It is really difficult to find hotel and also to get there, because of really small path with a stairs you have to walk to the hotel - you can not come with a car (taxi) close to the hotel!... Also - the bed was really good - but the hard pillow make sleeping really uncomfortable...
