Was a cheap place to stay

The bed was very comfortable and the guy in reception was very friendly and helpful

It was in need of a deep clean, window sills dirty, and mold in bathroom. Needs renovations, cracking around windows, needs sanding and re-painting. Bath was too small Needs some instructions how to use tv. Needs soundproofing in the wall, was very noisey, could hear someone snoring!

Bed was comfortable

Spa bath wasn't clean as we had to clean it ourselves to use the jacuzzi as we turned it on & alot of dirt came out also the smell when we opened the door to the room was unpleasant. Also Netflix or net was not connecting.

Very good

Great location and great value for money with a really kind host

Great hotel for a two night work trip in Christchurch. Relatively easy to find and close to the supermarket, airport. My room had everything I needed including a small kitchen, living area and comfortable bed.

Although the room was cleaned during my stay, there were ants in the bathroom and what looks like fly wings in the sink and bathtub.

Tidy & spacious

Great location & good sized rooms with friendly staff

We expected a single bed or fold out sofa bed as we were travelling with a child. But our child had to sleep on the couch. If we were made aware of this we would have purchased an extra bed for our child. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided & was not enough for the whole family.
