Handy to central city, decent price for what u get.

Room was well set up and tidy. Yay for air con and heavy drapes as we were right on the road. Beds were comfy and room was well equipped.

Our room was upstairs thru multiple heavy fire doors. it would have been nice to have had a hand with our luggage as no lift. Cleanliness could have been a little better, toe nail on the floor, dust in corner and a dust and hair ball next to vanity but overall it was ok. I booked this accom particularly due to needing 2 single beds but received an email after booking saying I had to call on day of arrival to request the single beds again even tho my booking went thru with the request. Once I got into bed, the bottom sheet didn't cover the whole mattress so I had to remake my bed at 11pm. Just alot of small issues that became annoying.

The staff were really unorganised and unprofessional. Like our check out was at 10am and the staff showed at 9:20 while we were still asleep. He opened the door before even making sure if theres someone there or nah. I can easily sue him for breach of privacy of their customers.

Convenient location and also it was convenient that it had parking on premises

There was no one at reception and only option was to call over the phone. Being turists we had no phone connection so we had to ask a neighbour to lend us a phone to call the hotel manager for check in access. It would be good to have a whatsapp option instead or send the self check in instructions via booking.com messages for guests that only have data connection (as us, but dont have an option to call over the phone).

The shower pressure was good

The room had a bad smell upon entering.The bed looked like it had been made but not changed as the sheets and pillow were dirty and had hair. The sky window didnt work. Also the air con was right above the bed where our heads were. So it was loud so had to turn off because there was no window in the room it got hot really fast. Also there was no body wash or anything in the shower it was empty.
