Efficient and easy. The coffee shop was a nice touch for NZ

Being dumped in probably the worst located room in the hotel was not a good start to a love affair. Found a mountain of grungy laundry bags outside our window & entry in the morning. Also it was the only room without an outside table& 2 chairs not that the downstairs space was remotely amenable confronting the busy car park, so maybe it was a blessing? A second chair in the room would be . Somewhere to put 2 suitcases would have been nice

Very clean and spacious hotel with free parking

The room is spacious and very clean with free parking for guests. The beds & beddings are comfortable and afforded us a very good sleep after a long drive. The kitchenette is definitely a plus. The rainshower head added to a really refreshing bath and the towels are very clean & thick. Lastly, the hotel was nice enough to accommodate our request at such short notice to waive the charges for the 2 nights we missed staying at the hotel because our rental car broke down in a remote area and we had to wait for a replacement car and couldn't make it.

I didn't see any hairdryer so I had to manually fan my hair to dry it before sleeping. It's possible that front desk can give us one but we arrived after-hours back to our room so there was no one at the reception anymore to assist us. Also, the hotel is not in the city center area so it wasn't as convenient to explore the city center without a car.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The staff and the owners were very friendly and very helpful :) The room was comfy, clean and spacious and all the amenities were complete. The location is very convenient as well since it's just a few steps away from the bus station. There is a Vietnamese caf downstairs with tasty eats, great for quick brunch!

Good place, not the best experience

Large clean room with fully equipped kitchen.

Bottle with hand soap was almost empty when we arrived (empty after a few hands washing) and wasn't refilled during our whole stay. The room had entrance directly from the parking lot, when we arrived after the whole day gone we found our room opened. The room service probably forgot to close the door. Fortunately, nothing was missing but not the best experience for us.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place and the service were fantastic that they upgraded us with an extra room to cater for our little one. I highly recommend definitely staying again .
