The Aloft San Juan is highly recommended for its amenities, staff, and layout. It is in a great location, right in the middle of the action in San Juan. The hotel provides a shuttle to Old San Juan a (Read More)nd is close to the convention center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel has a great gym and is near numerous restaurants and entertainment options. Although there were a few issues with the room, overall the hotel is highly praised for its location and service.

Amenities included are only for a few the way its written.

The views from room bed comfortable

The 35.00 fee that if your not back to hotel dont utilize. Getting extras at bar or desk always waiting. Did not tell us about shuttle No water pressure for shower
