Very close to our venue. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise! Doors slamming, kids running and screaming up and down the halls. Was constant noise heard inside our room. Also, constant marijuana smell throughout the hotel.

I loved the hotel, however I was charged by you booking.com and you never sent the money to aloft. So I've been charged 2 times! I had to dispute it through my bank

Hope someone contacts us to help. We are a loyalty customer of booking and aloft.

We arrived a day later than expected and were told our reservation was cancelled. We had to pay anyway and that our room was no longer available. They then charged us again for the night we already for and more more for a lessor room. We were given no discount or refund, not even a room. Despite having paid for 2 nights in advance. Even if we were charged the one night we missed, I understand, but how do I have to pay twice when I;m here for the second night?

The staff was rude and not accommodating.

The modern look of the hotel and new furnishings and upscale look were fun.

It was very modern. We didnt have a chance to enjoy the pool but we saw some families looking like they were having fun

There honestly wasnt anything we would change about the property and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in this facility before. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are always very clean! It's very convenient to get around Green Bay with the location.

It would be nice to have a microwave to warm up leftovers.
