Unforgettable

I like how they take care of their guests. When i returned to our room from our day activity, the staff had prepared something for me, i really appreciate the effort to greet me ( i practically forgot it). Very thankful for their little surprise.

I didn't have much to say actually, i think everything is good.

Great Hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The location is perfect, close to the metro station "Hospital Clinic", from which you can go to any part of the city, including the airport. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with several nice restaurants for coffee, breakfast and lunch such as MYFRIENDCOFFEE Brunch, Brunch & Munch, Restaurant O Retornio, and La Gerita Mexicana.

The staff was nice. Balcony and bathtube in the room.

It's not so close to main attractions,so you need always to use public transportation or taxi. Shower gel was not refilled.

Excellent place to stay! Definetely one of my favorite hotel stays in years.

Cozy and very good looking hotel. Very friendly staff, great cocktails in the bar. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

If anything to complain about - no bathrobes provided. Perhaps it's not as common as I thought it would be.

Quiet area, close to many attractions, cozy room and comfortable bed

The single rooms, or the smallest doubles, are next to the elevators. Since the isolation is pretty bad, you can hear the movement of the elevator all the time (the hotel has 10 floors). Additionally, the price in booking is significantly larger that the one you get in the hotel webpage ( I found that later). For less many you can get even bigger rooms, which are also away from the elevator.
