Amazing view

The amazing view and the design of the room.

Minor details, I invited my husband for his birthday and I noticed booking for that. However when we did the check in the staff nicely wished a nice birthday to my husband and right after they asked us to pay mentioning the amount to pay in front of him....not really polite but minor detail.

Indulgent luxury service at the Club Lounge.

Really impressed with the food service at the Club Lounge.

The only thing that could have been better was the price. Address Downtown is expensive, but you definitely get more service and experience than Ive even seen at other hotels.
