Would stay again

We loved the location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and art galleries. Really is the perfect location! The room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and navigate around the neighborhood.

The only problem with our stay was our television. We weren't able to get the audio working and to shut the tv completely off we had to unplug it.

Stayed here with my parents on their first ever visit to Portland. We loved the super walkable location and plenty of nearby parks to walk my service dog. Staff was great with dinner recommendations and beds were very comfortable ! Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience overall - very stylish, quiet, nice smelling rooms, perfect temperature, easy check in and check out, 2 blocks from all the action, but nice and quiet, right on the water. Great comfie bar / lobby area. Would defintely stay again

Wish the bathroom door wasn't a slider - it kind of rattles and is noisy and hard to find the handle in the dark!

Serviceable. Comfortable. Convenient to our favorite restaurants Fore Street and Isa Bistro and Maine Med for first

Location. Valet parking - expensive but convenient and very competent and courteous staff.

Only five years old but beginning to show signs of wear wall coverings, bathroom fixtures. Trying to call this hotel to confirm our reservation was a nightmare! And it was precipitated by an invitation from Marriott to checkin remotely and quickly disintegrated when after two clicks, we were advised there was no record of our reservation. Talk about self-inflicted reputational damage.

The room smelled amazing!!!! I would LOVE to be able to purchase whatever was used to make the room smell so good. The location was super close to Old Port and Scales (an amazing and must try restaurant). The room was exceptionally clean and a decent size. The bar was also nice and had some of the bourbons we enjoy sipping on. I would absolutely stay here again.

There wasn't anything I did not like.
