Lovely owner. The location is perfect with the beach so close and it had great kitchen facilities. A lovely wee garden right outside our room. Quiet neighbourhood.

No aircon and due to a recent paint, the windows didnt open, however owner was quick to remedy. Only one fan in 1brm unit which had to be shared.

No servicing if room although the compendium stated it was serviced daily between 0900 and 1 pm , when we asked why it hadnt been done staff told us they never service the rooms. Very tired property ,

Great friendly customer service, room was clean and incredible value for money including both the location and amenities available. Staff are helpful and kind offering a number of items at no additional charge.
