Nightmare from hell!!!

The restaurant was good

Our stay was a disaster!!! When we arrived at the hotel they told us that Booking.com had cancelled our booking. I showed them the confirmation and active bookings and they were so unhelpful and rude. I had to call booking.com and sort it out with them. We finally received confirmation that we could have the two rooms booked and paid for. We asked for an early check in and were told we needed to wait until 4 pm. We did not receive access to our rooms until 5:30 pm (since they needed to be inspected). The staff was beyond rude. When we finally went to our rooms there was a disgusting stain on the bed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare .

The stay overall was ok, for a two day stay

The food and bar area.Really the hotel is nice, the location is pretty decent. The sitting areas were nice, the wall art was beautiful. The christmas tree was stunning and in time for the holiday season.

The shower door would not close and the bath gel didn't work and the windows were stain so the view was unclear and the noise of people all wee hours of night and early morning. The amenities in the room were not filed to the compasity and adjusting the room temperature was confusing
