The breakfast at Vyom was fantastic, offering a wide variety. The staff was consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impressive, well-maintained, and had a modern appeal. I want to give a shout-out to Arun Kumar at the Oriental Pavilion restaurant for making our first night enjoyable, and to Vivek at Vyom for going the extra mile to organize vegan meals and chai for my sister. Vivek also gave us great recommendations for exploring Jaipur. Kudos to Farhan at the front desk for a friendly send-off and helpful suggestions for alternative accommodations in Udaipur when our plans changed last minute. We genuinely wished we could have extended our stay we'll definitely be back!

The service was not good, we had a lot of our requests/orders not properly understood and got different dishes than what we expected. And on the other side, we could have 3 waiters coming in a row asking how was the experience.. It didn't feel like they were working as a team... The waiting time when ordering from our room was very long (25 min) even just to get 3 bananas... The " a la carte" menu cruelly likes diversity, and it really feels like we are forced to take the buffet but the issue is that the buffet is quite the same at lunch and dinner (only few variations of dishes) every day which is very boring... A lot of kids activities require extra fees.

Our recent stay at Devi Ratn was nothing short of fantastic. The moment we entered, we were greeted by the amazing staff and an elegant lobby that set the tone for a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and efficient, even our kids were given teddy bears. Special Thanks goes out to Farhan for his amazing support. We were upgraded to a suite. The room was a haven of comfort, tastefully decorated with modern amenities. It was my wifes birthday and the room was decorated accordingly and also a complimentary cake was supplied. The attention to cleanliness was impressive, and the thoughtful touches, added a personal touch to our stay. Throughout our stay, the staffs commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. There are lots of activities inside Devi Ratn. We loved the high tea and star gazing. There are also kids zone, spa, Zip line, air cycle , shooting, archery. If you are in Jaipur and staying at Devi Ratn, spare a day to do the inside activities. In conclusion, Devi Ratn exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Its a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel with an exceptional experience. We will definitely return for another memorable stay.
